Jonas invites himself to stay with Buck for the full moon party. Jonas has also brought some friends, one of them is Mindy Lou, who we'll see in future scenes.
They enter the club. It looks quite nice inside with a stage, two floors, two bars and interesting décor. They go to the third floor which sports an office. They enter. Billy tries to lighten the mood and distract Mark from his business, but Mark is having none of it.
On the wall we see photos from Billy's earlier life as a wild clubber.
There is a family at a nearby table. A boy is making a fuss. Sam walks up and says, "Hi little fella." The boy quiets down immediately. Sam strikes up a conversation with the mother. Sam mentions that he is religious and the woman invites him to come to the church sometime.
The doctor has a name tag which says 'Dr. Carpathia'.[^We all have our traditions.^] "You seem to have made a full recovery, Billy," says the doctor and leans over him. Billy sees his reflection in the mirror and realises that his eyes, mouth, nose and ears are similarly sealed as the freaky doctor.
Billy is freed by the nurses and runs down several hospital corridors, passing by patients and staff, all with the strange scar tissue. Billy reached the front door. On the other side, past a car park, he sees a forest and a small path leading in there. The door is locked.
Billy turns around and sees Dr. Carpathia walking towards him, holding a straight jacket. The doctor says, "What a shame. You were doing so well."
Billy wakes up screaming. He had fallen asleep by his desk in a heap of tax papers. It is night outside. From the club he hears music. A knock on the door. It is Eric, one of the bar staff. He says the club is busy and they need Billy's help. Billy says he will be right there.
Jonas notices the manager moving aside and dialling a number on his mobile. Jonas pushes the manager to the wall, grabs his phone and eats it. The manager clearly freaks out.
Billy walks up and introduces himself. The strangers say that they are going from town to town and partying, a sort of bar crawl on a nation-wide scale. Billy shines up at the concept and buys them all rounds. The four hit it off. Billy looks very different from before. He looks happy.
The four of them take to the dance floor. Gradually, the mood of the club changes; it becomes wild and unrestrained. The sexual energy is everywhere. Billy looses himself in the music and the dance. It is clear that this is his true element.
Buck, Jonas and the bikers enter the club. They are wild, but in a different way. More destructive. However, Billy doesn't care. He is lost in the energy of the party as is the rest of the club, although everything seems to circle around Billy and the three strangers.
The club is a complete disaster area. About twenty persons are sleeping among the broken chairs, discarded clothes, bottles and general mess. Billy laughs. Someone waves at him from the floor and he waves back.
His phone rings and Billy goes to find it among his clothes. It is someone saying that Sheriff Jefferson Buckner is on his way to the club. Apparently a gang of thugs tore through Little Haven then left for Alexandria.
Billy meets the sheriff and tells him that his club had indeed been trashed. Before the sheriff has time to find any of the drugs left behind on the premises, Billy suggests that they both go to the police station to look through mug shots to see if Billy can identify any of the bikers.
Before they go, Billy tells Eric to not let the strangers leave without leaving their phone number.
